The ideal candidate is highly organized and eager to learn by assisting with all facets of marketing, from general/big-picture marketing to retail, advertising and social media.
Applicants who have worked in the music industry are preferred, but applicants from other backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate how their experience will transfer to this role
Must have 3+ years experience managing social marketing for music clients, and extensive knowledge of all major social channels, including platform-specific algorithms, advertising platforms and features
Must have 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in operations management, BPM, data governance, and 5 years music industry experience, including publishing
Must have experience working with product metadata (music industry preferred), and comprehensive understanding of global DSPs and their role in the music ecosystem such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube.
Must be a qualified accountant with experience of independently manage forecasts and budgeting processes as well as owning complex models in an FP&A, budgeting and/or forecasting role
Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience working at digital music companies, music labels, distributors or artist services companies, and strong understanding of the digital music industry, music distribution, the mechanics of the digital music supply chain and tools and opportunities available via digital music platforms
Required: bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, mass media, business administration, or similar, and 6-8 years professional social media experience in music, entertainment or media
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in royalty management, accounting, client services
Required: Law degree and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant hands-on music publishing business experience in either a law firm or an in-house legal team.
