You will assist the Creative Team in Berlin with a range of administrative tasks such as taking notes during meetings and updating the weekly chart update report as well as, coordinating writing sessions, meetings, signings etc
You will be assisting the managers in scheduling song writing and production sessions, liaising with and managing the clients’ schedules, including travel logistics as required.
Required: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or team coordination role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Required: 6+ years of proven experience in a senior synch licensing role within the music or entertainment industries, preferably on both rights ownership side and the synch client/licensee side.
Required: proven track record of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience, and experience in supply chain/inventory management within the music industry
Must have 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in operations management, BPM, data governance, and 5 years music industry experience, including publishing
Required: Previous experience in roles involving administrative tasks and/or data entry, excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as efficient task management
Seeking an individual with experience in production in the music industry, preferably at a record label, and outstanding management skills that allow them to meet deadlines easily
Five to ten years of large-scale concert programming and producing is required, festival experience is a plus. A proven track record of financial leadership, budget management, strategic and project planning, and sponsorship sales is essential.
Candidates will need a strong working knowledge of the live music industry, a good understanding of contemporary music genres, and contacts and networks in the music industry, especially promoters
Required: Strong curiosity and passion for obscure, unknown and undiscovered music across all genres, and knowledge and experience in the music industry
Required: One year of experience within a record label, distributor, manufacturer or DSP, a full understanding of the role, and a proactive and self-starting disposition
