You will be involved in various aspects of the record business, including signing, promoting, and releasing music. The day-to-day tasks will be diverse, and may include managing artwork and tracklists, communicating with artists, working on social media campaigns
This position requires a minimum of 2-years experience in the music industry within a label, distributor or technology-facing role at a management organisation with proven track record developing artists or labels on the alternative/ pop genres
Required: At least one year’s previous experience within a relevant music industry based role, and Competence in using Photoshop, Google docs & sheets and basic social asset editing
Seeking an individual with strong skills in using computers and familiarity with various software applications, particularly Google Workspace and Airtable; and including experience with platforms such as WordPress & Woo Commerce Website, Bandcamp, to facilitate efficient management of operations.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in record label management, preferrably in the hands-on, get-stuff-done environment of an independent record label.

Your role will include responsibility for growing DreamTeam’s business alongside the co-founders by identifying and securing new clients for the company
Required: Previous experience within a similar role for more than 3-5 years, bachelor's degree in music business, entertainment management, or a related field.
