Must be a qualified accountant with experience of independently manage forecasts and budgeting processes as well as owning complex models in an FP&A, budgeting and/or forecasting role
Required: Law degree and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant hands-on music publishing business experience in either a law firm or an in-house legal team.
Required: 4+ years’ experience in an investment environment; investment banking, PE or VC, consultancy, intellectual property, investment management, music organization or with a major corporation

Required: 1-2 years prior synch clearance experience and a working knowledge of music licensing and copyright, is deadline driven, and can demonstrate an ability to handle and prioritize a large volume of work efficiently.
Required: industry experience in music publishing, licensing, copyright and royalty processes as well as up to date on current industry affairs in order to recognize any potential impact on Kobalt and how to effectively deliver solutions if needed.
Required: previous relevant music administration and/or music publishing experience as well as a strong interest in emerging industry trends, services, and technologies.
Seeking a person with a well-developed understanding of music publishing and music rights terminology as well as relevant income and royalty tracking experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need a high level of organizational skills and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
